Evening Arena Obstacle Practice

Want to get out of the house in the evening and do something fun with your horse? Have you been wanting to practice obstacles but are too busy on the weekends to ride our course? Come join us for monthly obstacle practices. (Obstacles will be switched up each month. 8-10 per evening. )

Tuesday, April 10.   Tuesday May 1.   MONDAY, June 11.   Tuesday, July 24.

Tuesday, August 28.   Tuesday, September 25.   Tuesday, October 23.

Cost: $10 Must pre-register and prepay.

Limited to 4 riders per time slot.

Working Equitation Play Date December 1-3

Come learn more about the sport of Working Equitation with a two hour workout to dressage exercises and a selection of WE obstacles.


Cost $40. Limited to 4 riders per two hour time slot: 1-3 or 3-5.


Come early to tack and warm up-be ready to ride at the start of your time slot.

Led by Tommy Fahey who brings over 20 years of experience in the equine industry to Finnigan Farms Arena and Stable’s Working Equitation Coached Practice Session Series. Tommy’s diverse background makes him the perfect coach for this new sport to our local Equestrian Community. Tommy spent over 10 years as a professional equestrian performer in productions all across the US including: Cavalia, Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede, Arabian Nights, and The Kentucky Horse Park’s Horses of the World. Along the way, Tommy developed a passion for Dressage and Liberty training. He has had the opportunities to work with outstanding trainers in these fields including: Kim and Yvonne Barteau of KYB Dressage, Dan James of Double Dan Horsemanship, Heidi Herriot of HorseTrix, Ariana Sakaris, Mary Rivers, Kelli Mardell, Matt McLaughlin, and many more. Tommy’s focus in training is to help develop better communication between human and horse, through communication comes understanding, and through understanding we can build stronger relationships with our equine companions. Tommy will use this training philosophy to help guide those riders interested in dressage, obstacles, and Working Equitation
