Do you want to regain a sense of calm and also become a more fit athlete so that you are a stronger rider? 
Join us once a month for one hour of gentle stretch yoga with instructor Amber Kirbey of Honey Bee Yoga. Amber’s 200 hour certification is from Holistic Yoga School in Fort Collins, CO. Her 300 hour certification is from Emery Bryant Yoga in Springfield, MO. She currently teaches yoga at Synergy Executive. 
The yoga portion will be done in the Finnigan Farms Equestrian Lodge. Bring your mat and block if you have one- but we’ll have extras. The yoga will focus on stretching riding muscles and put you in a positive state of mind for the riding portion. Slow, no pressure environment.
There will be a 30 minute break so that you can change, enjoy a glass of tea, and saddle up. 
The one hour riding potion will be in held in Finnigan’s Arena and led by trainer Cameron Russell. He will lead the group through riding exercises designed to improve strength, rhythm and balance. 
$40 per class. Limited to 6 participants. Current coggins required. Pre-registration and payment required. Nonrefundable unless class is canceled.
If you don’t have your own horse, we have several lesson horse’s available for an additional $10 fee
